What We Do

WE DEVELOP RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES, AND INFRASTRUCTURE THROUGHOUT THE CANBERRA REGION.

JBI specialises in small to medium density residential and commercial development, as well as infrastructure construction within the Canberra region.

Our goal is to enhance communities by developing boutique residential accommodation, tailored to the most current public demand. We focus on locations that are contemporary, functional and suit the existing streetscape.

Our team focusses on designs that are tailored to real people; which in turn attracts investors who know and understand “true value” – based on the combination of the location, accommodation size, quality and price.
